This event takes place at the stunning Westhorpe Lake, conveniently located in the picturesque Thames Valley between Marlow and Bourne End and only 40 minutes from London.

A friendly, fun event that’s ideal for novices and experienced competitors alike, with a choice of two swim distances and two aquathlon distances, there really is something for everyone.

All swims take place on the clearly marked courses that are used every day at Marlow Lake and the run route is laps of a flat gravel track around a neighbouring lake. The start and finish are set near the club house which is an ideal spot for spectators to grab a drink and bite to eat.

From the M40 Junction 4 take the A404 towards Maidenhead. Turn left onto the A4155, after 200m take the first available right and follow the road until the end.

From the M4 Junction 8/9 take the A404(M) towards High Wycombe. Turn right onto the A4155 towards Bourne End, after 200m take the first available right and follow the road until the end.
